This Guide outlines the terms, standards, rates, and fees that apply to all agreements ("Agreements") between Scrub It And Clean It Ltd ("Scrub It And Clean It") and you, the Service Provider, for the provision of cleaning services. By providing services through our platform, you agree to abide by the terms in this Guide.
1. Payment Terms
1.1. Scrub It And Clean It will pay fees owed to you via a valid UK bank account in your name. Payments are typically made every two weeks. You must provide your bank details within 3 months of a payment being due, or the fees may be forfeited.
1.2. The following rates and fees apply:

| Scrub It And Clean It's Supplies Fee (our fee for a supplies request) | £0.00 - £5.00 per session |
| Platform Administration Fee (one-time payment to join) | £59.00 |
| Weekly Platform Access Fee (for any week you complete a booking) | £0.00 - £10.00 weekly |
1.3. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
2. Bookings & Availability
2.1. You must keep your availability (postcodes, days, and times) updated in our system.
2.2. We will notify you of potential cleaning jobs ("Bookings") via email, app notification, or phone.
2.3. You may reject a Booking within 24 hours of notification.
2.4. If you do not reject a Booking within 24 hours, you are deemed to have accepted it.
2.5. You agree to keep the Scrub It And Clean It app updated.
3. Cancellations & Absences
3.1. Once accepted, you may cancel a Booking by providing at least 24 hours' notice to both Scrub It And Clean It and the customer.
3.2. Late cancellations will incur a liquidated damages fee, as shown below:

3.3. Arriving late, leaving early, or not fulfilling a supplies request may result in a fee, and you will not be paid for missed work.
3.4. Scrub It And Clean It may deduct these damages from your future payments.
3.5. Provide at least one week's notice for any planned absences (e.g., holidays).
4. Substitutes
4.1. If you are unavailable, you can offer customers a substitute Service Provider from our platform. Fees will be paid directly to the substitute.
4.2. You may appoint your own substitute, whom you pay directly. We recommend informing the customer in advance.
5. Cancellations by Scrub It And Clean It or Customers
5.1. We reserve the right to amend or cancel a Booking. While we will try to provide notice, we are not liable for lost fees or travel costs.
5.2. If a customer cancels after 18:00 the day before the booking, they will be charged, and you will be paid £10 as compensation.
6. Customer Keys
6.1. If you are given customer keys, notify us immediately and tag them with the provided code — no identifying information should appear on the tag.
6.2. You must not duplicate or share keys without written authorization.
6.3. Report any lost, stolen, or damaged keys to us immediately.
6.4. Return keys immediately upon request.
6.5. Failure to comply may result in withheld payments.
7. Cleaning Supplies
7.1. If a customer has paid for a supplies request, do not use their personal supplies.
7.2. Supplies must be safe, fit for purpose, and used per manufacturer instructions.
8. Customer Ratings
8.1. Customers may rate your service from 1 to 5. Ratings may be public.
8.2. Scrub It And Clean It is not responsible for ratings or any resulting loss.
9. Insurance
9.1. You are advised to maintain adequate public liability insurance.
9.2. Any insurance held by Scrub It And Clean It is for its benefit only.
9.3. You must promptly notify us of any incident that could lead to a claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. We may mediate customer disputes if you request it and provide all required information.
10.2. Notify us and the customer immediately for damage claims and respond within 48 hours.
10.3. Mediation is not guaranteed to succeed; you remain responsible for disputes.
11. Quality & Conduct Standards
To maintain platform standards, you must meet professional expectations. Failure may result in removal. Examples include:
- Average customer rating below 4.5
- Reliability score under 100%
- Property damage, loss of keys, or negligent work
- Fraud, illegal acts, or abusive behaviour
- Policy breaches (data protection, bribery, etc.)
- Being ineligible to work in the UK
12. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
12.1. All intellectual property related to Scrub It And Clean It (logos, software, etc.) remains our property.
12.2. You may access confidential business or customer information. You must not disclose or misuse it during or after your Agreement, except as required by law or if it becomes public through no fault of your own.
13. Data Protection
13.1. You consent to Scrub It And Clean It processing your personal data for legal, contractual, and business purposes, including limited use of special category data (e.g., health or background checks).
13.2. You agree to comply with all data protection laws and our policy when handling customer or staff data.
13.3. You consent to your name, photo, work areas, and ratings being displayed publicly on our website.
